We carefully listen to our customers and cooperate with guitar players from all genres. Their feedback will always be taken into account in regards to design and specs of our guitars.

We are a small team of music enthusiasts and guitarists, building electric guitars for artists who know what they want…tone, tone, tone, reliability, style and performance.
We don’t merely produce fine hand-crafted guitars – we produce unique instruments that inspire musical expression and creativity. Our focus on design, our ears for tone and our love for music, are all evident in everything we produce.
What makes a Helman guitar different is that every instrument is hand-crafted. We’re not a factory or an assembly line. It's the good old method doing it by hand. We focus on look & feel, fine details, right components, playability and the sense of picking up a guitar for the first time, yet feeling like you’ve been playing it for years.
Our vision is to design and produce unique instruments for all guitar enthusiasts around the world who are looking for a matchless piece of art in their hands.

Founder & CEO: Andreas Peters
Andreas started playing guitar at the age of 8, stopped at age 17 but never lost the passion for this instrument. While still working in higher Management positions for global Entertainment brands, Andreas picked up the guitar again, started to play in various bands and got more and more into building electric guitars.
In order to get a more profound knowledge about building a guitar, Andreas went to one of the leading European guitar manufacturers Schaer Guitars in Switzerland and learned under the supervision of Claudio Schaer everything about building an electric guitar.
Making his dream a reality and with an obsession for design, Andreas created his first guitars and opened up his own small boutique factory under the brand "Helman Guitars".
As his parents initially introduced him to the guitar, Andreas chose to name the company after them. Helman is a combination of the first names of his mother (Helga) and father (Manfred).
